Learn about your personality to understand things such as if you prefer working independently or as part of a team, have leadership skills, enjoy collaboration, consider yourself a people person, etc. This helps us ascertain what client cultures will be the most comfortable fit for you;
Get a feel for who you are outside of your professional life … what do you like to do, what are your hobbies, what makes you happy;
Find out what your professional and personal goals are (both short and long term); and,
Be clear about what you are looking for so we can find the best possible job match where you can feel comfortable and challenged, and be able to collaborate and effectively contribute. It is important to PSSI that this match works for BOTH you and the client!
